A Green Party candidate, journalist LeAlan Jones, is polling at 14 percent in a race to claim Barack Obama's former Senate seat. At the age of 13 in 1993, Jones became the youngest-ever winner of a Peabody Award for his radio documentary film "Ghetto Life 101" about life on Chicago's south side. He's pitching a divine Share our Wealth program that features a 90% "Paris Hilton (estate) tax" on individuals worth a million dollars or more.The Democrat and Republican parties will have to work overtime to quash the current rules that would seemingly allow Jones' participation in the televised debates.
